Dried Floral Installation at dilekerei Café

Hydrangea, Wheat, and Branches Above the Counter

Look up next time you’re at dilekerei in Berlin — there’s a dried floral installation suspended above the counter, built from dried hydrangea, golden wheat, and curling branches in warm browns and mocha tones.

I designed it to hold its shape and color for months rather than days, which is part of why dried materials work so well in a working café — no water, no upkeep, and the color only deepens with time.

The palette was chosen to sit with dilekerei’s interior — dark wood, warm lighting, handmade ceramics — rather than stand apart from it.

If you’d like to bring some of this home, our shop offers a curated pairing of lush floral arrangements with handmade sweets from dilekerei — a small taste of both in one order.
