Production & Delivery

Every print is made to order. Once your order is placed, your print goes into production immediately. You will receive your order within approximately 14 days — this includes production time and delivery.

A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched from our studio.

Shipping Rates

Within the European Union: Shipping is included in the product price.

United Kingdom & Switzerland: A flat shipping rate of €35 applies.

Rest of the World: A flat shipping rate of €75 applies. All international shipments are sent via DHL Standard or DHL Express.

Please note: Orders placed outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.

Tax information: Prices displayed on our website include 19% German VAT for EU customers. Buyers outside the European Union will see prices excluding VAT at checkout, which reflects the applicable tax treatment for their location.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Each print is produced individually to order and cannot be restocked.

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please email a photograph of the damage along with your order number to info@botanic-art.de within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a replacement free of charge.

Jeder Druck wird auf Bestellung gefertigt. Sobald Ihre Bestellung eingegangen ist, geht Ihr Druck sofort in die Produktion. Sie erhalten Ihre Bestellung innerhalb von ca. 14 Tagen — dies beinhaltet sowohl die Produktionszeit als auch die Lieferzeit.

Eine Versandbestätigung mit Tracking-Informationen wird Ihnen zugesandt, sobald Ihre Bestellung aus unserem Studio verschickt wurde.

Innerhalb der Europäischen Union: Die Versandkosten sind im Produktpreis enthalten.

Vereinigtes Königreich & Schweiz: Es gilt eine pauschale Versandgebühr von €35.

Übrige Welt: Es gilt eine pauschale Versandgebühr von €75. Alle internationalen Sendungen werden per DHL Standard oder DHL Express verschickt.

Bitte beachten Sie: Bei Bestellungen außerhalb der Europäischen Union können beim Empfang in Ihrem Land Zollgebühren und Einfuhrsteuern anfallen. Diese Gebühren liegen in der Verantwortung des Käufers. Wir empfehlen, sich vor der Bestellung bei Ihrer lokalen Zollbehörde über anfallende Gebühren zu informieren.

Steuerhinweis: Die auf unserer Website angezeigten Preise enthalten 19% deutsche Mehrwertsteuer für EU-Kunden. Käufer außerhalb der Europäischen Union sehen beim Checkout Preise ohne Mehrwertsteuer, was der geltenden steuerlichen Behandlung für ihren Standort entspricht.

Rückgaberecht

Alle Verkäufe sind endgültig. Jeder Druck wird individuell auf Bestellung gefertigt und kann nicht zurückgenommen werden.

Wenn Ihre Bestellung beschädigt ankommt oder ein Druckfehler vorliegt, senden Sie bitte innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Erhalt ein Foto des Schadens zusammen mit Ihrer Bestellnummer an info@botanic-art.de. Wir werden kostenlos einen Ersatz ausstellen.
