If you order from outside of the EU, you are responsible for any customs fees or additional fees that may occur. For additional information please refer to your countries custom authorities.

Free shipping in Europe.  All other countries we charge a flat fee of €35,00.

Shipping time: it will take about 14 days for your order to go in print. We will do quality control on your order and then it will be shipped. Shipping confirmation with tracking information will be emailed. 

Return Policy

All sales are final, however if your order arrives and is damaged or there is a flaw in the printing, email a photo and your order number to info@botanic-art.de and we will issue a replacement free of charge.
