Summer wedding in Schloss Eyrichshof - Floral Design in Bavaria
A celebration of summer abundance — café au lait dahlias, garden roses, hydrangeas, and delphiniums in a Bavarian castle

Schloss Eyrichshof is the kind of venue that asks everything of the flowers. A historic Bavarian castle with centuries of architecture, formal gardens, and rooms that carry the weight of occasion — the florals needed to match that scale without competing with it.
For A & S’s summer celebration, I worked with the most generous blooms the season offers. Café au lait and pom-pom dahlias as the anchor — their layered, painterly quality perfectly suited to the architectural grandeur of the space. Garden roses for warmth and fragrance. Hydrangeas for volume and softness. Delphiniums and viburnums adding height and movement to the installations.
The result was an environment rather than decoration — flowers that belonged to the space as completely as the stone walls and the summer light.
