Cupcake Details:
- storage: Please make sure to transfer the cupcakes into the refrigerator as soon as possible after collection. For maximum flavor and a soft, moist texture, we recommend removing the cupcakes 60 to 90 minutes before serving (subject to room temperature). If your cupcakes sponge still appears hard, this means that it hasn’t reached room temperature, please just leave it out for a little longer.
