Cake Care & Details:

• storage: Please make sure to transfer the cake into the refrigerator as soon as possible after collection. For maximum flavor and a soft, moist texture, we recommend removing the cake 60 to 90 minutes before serving (subject to room temperature). If your cake sponge still appears hard, this means that it hasn’t reached room temperature, please just leave it out for a little longer.
